MY SERVICES

Finding the right kind of support matters. Whether you're coming in on your own, bringing your partner, or logging on with the family, my approach remains the same: we slow things down, we figure out what isn't working, and we build something better. Here is a breakdown of what that actually looks like in practice.

Individual Counseling

For the overwhelmed, the burnt-out, and the recovering perfectionists. The first born kids, the pleasure to have in class ( I see you!).

When you're the one holding everything together for everyone else, it’s exhausting to admit you might be falling apart. Individual therapy is your dedicated space to finally drop the act. I specialize in working with high-achieving folks who are navigating deep-rooted anxiety, the heavy, complicated knots of religious trauma, identity shifts, and the crushing weight of perfectionism.

We won’t just slap a "positive vibes" band-aid on it. Drawing on DBT and Narrative therapy, we'll actively untangle your complex experiences, figure out where you learned to carry so much, and help you rewrite a story that actually belongs to you.

Couples Counseling

For partners who are tired of having the exact same argument.

When a relationship gets stuck, it’s incredibly easy to lose yourselves in the same frustrating loop. Most of the time, you aren't actually fighting about the dishes; you're fighting about feeling unseen, unappreciated, or disconnected. In couples therapy, my goal isn't to act as a referee. Instead, we slow the conversation way down. To create a safe place to get mad, share what's been building up, and explore your relationship from an unbiased lens.

We’ll look at the emotional patterns playing out beneath the surface and explore how your individual pasts are hijacking your present. The goal is to build a practical, emotionally regulated framework so you can reconnect in a way that feels secure, authentic, and grounded.

Family Counseling

For shifting the dynamic and dropping the assigned roles.

Family dynamics are notoriously complicated. It’s so easy to get stuck playing a role you never actually auditioned for—the peacemaker, the problem-solver, the overachiever. Whether your family is navigating a major life transition, trying to bridge a widening disconnect, or struggling to communicate without it turning into a battle, therapy helps untangle those knots.

I don't point fingers, pick sides, or assign blame. Instead, we look at the unspoken rules driving the disconnect. Together, we work to shift the dynamic from frustration to curiosity, ensuring every single member of the family feels genuinely seen and understood.

ASL & Deaf/Hard of Hearing Services

For direct, authentic connection—no interpreter required.

Mental health care should be fundamentally accessible, but for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, finding a therapist who is actually culturally competent and uses American Sign Language (ASL) is exhausting. You shouldn't have to navigate the barrier of a third-party interpreter just to process your trauma, share your life story, or talk about your day.

I have my degree in ASL interpreting, and use ASL and English daily in my life and work, and providing direct, accessible, affirmative therapy to

this community is a cornerstone of my practice. You deserve a space where you can communicate freely and authentically in your own language. If I am not the right fit for you for therapy I am happy to provide a referral list of deaf and hearing therapists in Texas to ensure you get the support you need that’s fully accessible.
